My boyfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves in El Triguero. The swimming pool was beautiful, the location was exquisite and the area in which the Hacienda is located offers many opportunities for tourists. At first I marked El Triguero with 4 stars, but I changed this into three stars. The reason for this is that El Triguero was not willing to confirm that we would get the desired room. I was very surprised about this, especially since their website made such explicit mention of which room is the best. I am of the opinion that, if guests ask questions about availability of rooms that are mentioned on the website, these questions should be answered. But other than this, we had a great holiday!! [réduire]
