I am a teacher. I brought 8 students from the United States to Huermeda for 8 days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Jocelyn. The owners welcomed us with wine and a ham. We were given a tour of the brother of the owner's olive oil press. We were thrilled with the reception. The kitchen was well equipped. The four bedrooms were warm in the winter and quiet. We built a nice fire in the fireplace while we had meetings during the evening. The accommodations are decorated with antiques giving a rural Spanish flair. We ate grapes during a small town celebration of the New Year. Shopping in Calatayud nearby is easily accessible. We enjoyed the parade for the three Kings during our last evening in the area.
